We are seeking a part time or full time project manager to join our team to manage marketing, communications, and creative projects. You will work collaboratively with designers, content creators, and the operations lead to ensure timely delivery for client deliverables, maintain quality standards, support internal communication, and general delivery troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has marketing agency experience, is detail oriented, and familiar with process improvement. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are excited to drive DG+’s mission forward.
Core duties
- Project Planning: Defining project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables for various marketing, communications, and design clients across a range of project types.
- Project administration: Keep up to date records in Slack and Asana, ensuring all stakeholders are aware of next steps and progress.
- Team Coordination: Support cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, developers, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
- Stakeholder Communication: Support client communication by providing updates on project progress, and addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Progress Monitoring & Problem Solving: Monitor project milestones, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and deliver high-quality results while escalating areas for improvement and concerns as necessary to the operations lead.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with client expectations as well as formal scopes of work.
- Client Support: Participate in virtual meetings with clients and internal teams to discuss strategy, deliverables, deadlines, and other project-related activities.
- Professionalism: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe home office work environment.
Minimum qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Google Workspace).
- Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timeline, and budget effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional attitude and ability to uphold high standards in communication and brand representation.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous marketing, communications, or creative agency working experience.
- Experience or interest in clean energy and or climate tech.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CSM, or similar).
- Experience working with marketing data, performance reports, or media schedules.
- Familiarity with Webflow as a development platform.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), paid media platforms, or creative production workflows.
