Mutual Code of Conduct

The DG+ team is committed to ensuring that our employees, clients, partners, and suppliers are working in compliance with our values and act with the highest standards of ethical conduct. This Mutual Code of Conduct aims to foster a healthy work environment for all parties and encourages a safe, ethical, respectful, and productive workplace.

Professionalism

We believe that any code of conduct begins with a high standard of professionalism. It is impossible to cover every possible situation that might transpire, so we rely on common sense and a high standard of integrity. We expect all DG+ employees, clients, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to rely upon this code to do the right thing.

Communication

We value responsive communication both internally and externally with clients, partners, and suppliers. Moreover, we strive to work closely with clients as if we were functioning as a consolidated in-house team. This fosters a close working relationship that can sometimes push time zones and working hours. While we welcome email correspondence at any time, clients, partners, and suppliers can expect DG+ team members to respond within one business day.

Accountability

We believe teamwork and accountability are key to our success. Many projects involve multiple steps and rounds of review, so staying on track with deadlines helps keep everything moving smoothly. If one step in the process takes a little longer, it means that we will need to adjust the timeline for the remaining steps, accordingly. This ensures we maintain the quality and care your project deserves. If meeting a firm final deadline requires us to expedite work, we may need to apply rush fees, and we’ll always communicate the available options.

Respect

DG+ is committed to maintaining a diverse and respectful workspace. We strive to treat everyone fairly and respectfully, and we require that our clients, partners, and suppliers do the same. Our team maintains a positive workplace environment that is free of harassment of any kind, such as verbal, physical, or visual. Harassment constitutes any unwelcome or abusive conduct which manifests through behavior, words, acts or gestures, capable of causing damage to the dignity and physical or psychological integrity of a person. If you witness any harassing or bullying behavior, please report it immediately to hr@dgplusdesign.com. Any complaint will be promptly and thoroughly investigated to take the appropriate follow up action.

Meetings

As a remote company with a distributed team and clients, meetings are an important tool for collaboration. That’s why we strive to keep them purposeful and respectful of everyone’s time. To make meetings productive, we kindly ask all participants to arrive on time, provide ample notice if a meeting needs to be rescheduled or canceled, and join on camera whenever possible.

Teamwork

Our team works collaboratively each and every day amongst each other as well as with clients, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders. We value bringing each member’s individual skills to the team and providing constructive feedback. DG+ encourages openness and patience with each other’s varying perspectives and work styles. Each team member should be adaptable and passionate about working together.

Confidentiality

DG+ takes extra care with the privacy and confidentiality of all stakeholders involved in a given project. We rely on each other to protect against any unauthorized access, use, or improper disclosure. When clients share sensitive information with us, we only use this information to the extent that it is required to support a given project. In return, we ask that clients and other stakeholders uphold the same standards of confidentiality with DG+ resources that are shared for a particular project.
