Kristine LaRocca

Senior Visual Designer

Kristine LaRocca has spent 16 years designing for impact in the clean energy sector, making complicated things simple and measurable.

She started as the sole designer at a clean energy startup, handling everything from brand identity to digital platforms to investor materials. She helped shape both the visual language and the team that eventually led to acquisition. From there, she moved into corporate leadership, directing design teams across regions and continents, transforming brands, building design systems, and launching digital platforms in the energy and power sector.

At DG+, Kristine happily jumps in where she's needed, whether that's brand, digital, or product. She's the bridge between strategy and execution, connecting the dots across disciplines and aligning moving parts without losing sight of the user. Her sweet spot? Early-stage projects: shaping the foundation and turning challenges into intuitive solutions before anyone else knows what they need.

She's a systems thinker who asks the right questions, thinks ahead, and keeps both clarity and creativity in balance. She's also deep into AI tools right now, figuring out how they're reshaping design and what comes next.

Outside work, Kristine lives in New Jersey with her husband, a toddler, and a goldendoodle with boundless energy. She's drawn to water, snorkeling and scuba diving whenever she can, and finds inspiration in art history, architecture, travel, and good food when it's treated like the art form it should be. A lifelong nerd who built computers as a kid, she still loves tinkering and building around the house.
