Correlate is a portfolio-scale real estate platform that strives to eliminate the barriers faced by property owners in the pursuit of energy optimization and sustainability goals. Their unique membership platform reduces friction between portfolio managers and service providers by unleashing stakeholders from spreadsheets, vendor fatigue, and any need for upfront capital investment to increase building net operating income.


In 2021, Correlate found itself in the midst of a transition. After years of operating as an energy back office for building owners, they were evolving and morphing into a new business that needed a fresh website and messaging to reflect who they were and what they were aiming to achieve. They also needed professionally designed materials to help them communicate their new offerings and value propositions to both potential customers and investors.

Correlate didn’t just need a light website and messaging refresh; as trailblazers revolutionizing how organizations reach their ESG goals and maximize their NOI, they needed to completely rethink how they defined themselves and how to effectively communicate that to others. They called on DG+ to help.


The DG+ team was initially brought on to help Correlate effectively articulate their new identity, services, and updated goals. This was achieved through developing a brand new website, including a complete redesign and a messaging overhaul in close collaboration with their team to create value themes that reflected their new brand identity. Additionally, DG+ designed and wrote various pieces of investor- and client-specific collateral including pitch decks, flyers, business cards, and more.

Since the successful launch of the new website in March 2022, DG+ continues to support Correlate’s marketing and communication needs through collateral development, press support, newsletters, investor communications, and social media management. Through all of these efforts, DG+ has helped Correlate connect with their clients, partners, and investors on a deeper level and establish long-term relationships.
